Warehouse Manager

Role and Scope of the Task

- As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching of goods. - You will lead a team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage 03 team (Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching)

1. Warehouse Operations:

- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

- Assign tasks and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

2. Supplier and delivery goods to store:

- Coordinate with Regional purchasing to receiving goods from supplier.

- Arrange truck and driver to deliveries and fulfill orders accurately and on time.

- Address any store inquiries or complaints regarding warehouse operations.

3. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

4. Technology Utilization:

- Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to optimize.

5. Budget Management:

- Planning productivity to build headcount.

- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.

3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.

4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
