Warehouse Manager

1. Warehouse Setup & System Establishment

• Design and standardize warehouse operating procedures, storage zoning, and inventory management workflows.

• Implement ERP/WMS systems and digital tools for inventory control, traceability, and efficient warehouse operations.

• Develop warehouse infrastructure, equipment plans, and layout to optimize space and material flow.

• Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to deploy warehouse technology and automation solutions.

2. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely material handling.

• Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and variance investigations.

• Ensure proper labeling, classification, and traceability of materials, including electronic components.

• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to maintain stable material flow and support production plans.

3. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

• Establish warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, receiving lead time, picking accuracy, and space utilization.

• Analyze warehouse performance data and implement improvements for productivity and cost efficiency.

• Lead Kaizen, Lean, and digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce errors and waste.

• Develop reporting systems and dashboards to provide transparent operational updates to management.

4. Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff to ensure high competency, discipline, and teamwork.

• Build a safety-first warehouse culture aligned with 5S, fire prevention, and compliance standards.

• Implement performance management, recognition, and discipline policies within the warehouse team.

• Foster collaboration and professional growth to support long-term talent development.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in manufacturing.

• Experience in electronic component handling and traceability systems is strongly required.

• Hands-on experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Misa, AMIS, Oracle).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse control, inventory management, warehouse layout, and material handling processes.

• Ability to analyze data and evaluate warehouse performance metrics (accuracy rate, picking performance, cycle time).

• Excellent planning, organizational, and cross-department coordination skills.

• Strong leadership, training, and team development capabilities.

• English proficiency in business communication and reporting.
