Mô Tả Công Việc
Purpose: Ensure warehouse management arrange reasonable and effective
Duties:
- Build-up layout of warehouse scientifically, systematically ensuring fast and accurate import and export. -- -
- Ensure the principles of fire protection, good preservation of goods, avoid damage
- Comply with company policies, perform work in accordance with current processes and procedures
- Deploy and monitor of GMP implementation in the warehouse area
- Responsible for the quantity of all items in the warehouse of the factory, ensuring that the documents are kept fully and accurately
- Organize and assign staffs to arrange goods, prepare periodic inventory, and clean the warehouse daily
- Promote, directly supervise the performance of staff in order to minimize the time of goods movement. Control overtime to the lowest.
- Propose plans to improve work efficiency, minimize loss in storage, and ensure accuracy in delivery and receipt of goods at the warehouse.
- Monitor and allocate materials according to the quota, report to Site Director the solutions in case exceed the quota.
- Other tasks as required by Site Director

Education: BA degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration….
English: Advance
MS Office: Proficiently
Others:
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management for manufacturing companies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
