WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Our company is a Ho Chi Minh City based - foreign owned company – that is an established player in the sporting goods and nutrition business with a reputation for creative products and trend setting ideas. We’re currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager
Reporting to the company president,, and coordinating with our sales team, you’ll oversee all aspects of running the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, developing, and managing a team of warehouse employees, and creating and implementing a range of system and procedures to increase efficiency and safety.
The duties involved in this position are as follows:
• Processing orders, shipments, and shipment documents
• Coordinating with transport companies to schedule pick-ups and drop-offs
• Assigning order picking and packing duties to warehouse employees
• Managing inbound shipments and their receipt count accuracy
• Ensuring accuracy of outbound shipments: Correct items, correct labels, correct ship to details, etc.
• Communicating with our sales team on shipment status, and inventory status, updates.
• Working with government agencies for required inspections and safety checks
• Handling product returns
• Keeping a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Interested applicants should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar job.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Good written English skills
• Efficient in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word
