Warehouse Manager (Express/logistics)

- Ensure all warehouse service providers comply with customer SOPs and company standards;

- Optimize warehouse space and equipment usage safely and efficiently;

- Oversee timely and accurate reporting, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy;

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism;

- Maintain effective communication among suppliers, shippers, and internal teams;

- Monitor and ensure achievement of operational KPIs (performance & cost);

- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency;

- Enforce compliance with safety and security regulations for all parties on-site;

- Ensure timely completion and follow-up of assigned tasks;

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics or Express delivery;

- College degree in Business Administration or related field;

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;

- Excellent in planning, organization, analysis, and decision-making;

- Proven experience in budgeting and cost control;

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
