In this position you’ll be primarily responsible for Managing the daily order fulfillment and delivery of materials to the factory, co-ordination and continuous improvement and specific quality program on site. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
o Managing the daily order fulfillment and delivery of materials to the factory,
o Developing & sustaining assigned Site Quality Standards, self-assessments, associated training & systems, and response to customer and company queries
o Technical Development & Coaching/Mentoring of warehouse supervisors and trainers for quality assurance.
o Support of our quality culture initiatives.
o Leading the team to achieve peak performance with safety
o Proactively take part in cost saving and or continuous improvement projects both internal and customer’s perspectives.
o Immediately take part in root cause analysis and derive with corrective actions and preventive actions when any operational failure appears.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
• Economics/Engineering/Logistics
• 2 years + experienced in warehouse management as supervisor level and above.
