Warehouse Pharmacist

Working location: Tan Tao Industrial Park, Binh Tan

Purpose of Position

- Handle the invoice signature

- Handle the expired or damaged stocks

- Handle the shortage or overage of stocks

- Verify and approve return goods by visual checking (for return upon delivery only)

Responsibilities

- Sign the invoice

- Verify return goods status by visual checking and approve for resale (apply for return upon delivery only)

- Assure that all expired or damaged stocks are segregated and controlled properly

- Assure that all expired or damaged stocks and shortage or overages are documented accurately

- Coordinate with the Inventory section on matter of notification of expired or damaged stocks and shortage or overage stocks to principals

- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on matter of goods destruction

- Coordinate with the Inventory Team Leader on matter of write-off

- Process the warehouse transfer of expired or damaged stocks in the system

- Support checker to check the orders

- Support dispatcher to dispatch the orders

• Pharmaceutical University graduated

• Pharmacy practice certificate is a must

• 2-3 years working as Pharmacist

• Strong communication skills

• Microsoft office proficiency

• Problem solving skills

• Carefulness and Team Worker

• Must have “can do attitude”

• English proficiency
