Warehouse & Production Technician (IT Hardware)

Responsibilities:

- Receive and check IT equipment (servers, storage, components, networking)

- Label and store items in the correct warehouse location

- Do basic visual inspection and help with unpacking hardware

- Run basic hardware tests (power-on, firmware check, system visibility, stress/load testing)

- Update software/firmware on components when needed

- Work with computer systems (ERP/CRM) to create and process documents

- Pack finished products and prepare for shipment

- Follow daily work plans and meet task deadlines

- Keep the warehouse organized and clean

- Report work progress and support daily team goals

- 1–2 years of warehouse, assembly, or IT hardware experience

- English is required (for systems, instructions, and team communication)

- Basic computer skills (email, data entry)

- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

- Willing to learn and work in a team
