We are looking for Warehouse Shift Leader in Dong Nai

Work location: Solog Warehouse, No 5, Truong Van Hai, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

Job description:

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence. To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through leading an operational team. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities attending to HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc. this will include assessing workloads within the allocated team + allocating resources adequately on a day-to-day basis.

• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of management, productivity + customer service and to ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.

• To ensure that all company equipment + assets are handled + always operated in a responsible manner.

• To ensure that all team members are always compliant with all Health + Safety policies + processes.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.

• Having at least 2 years working experience in dynamic and high demanding environment.

• Having good knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse systems and office skills.

• Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.

• Problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the shift.

• Good at time management and planning.

• Good at Leadership and people management skills.

• Having Lean Six Sigma / Continuous improvement knowledge and experience is a plus.

• Good command of English.
