Warehousing
- Control all raw materials including but not limited to receiving materials from customer, allocating materials to production, etc.
- Carry out cycle counting on a weekly basis to accurarely control inventory.
- Based on production capacity, work out plan to issue materials to the production to avoid production outage.
- Execute monthly stock count and send reports to Korean manager.
* Materials ordering
- Based on stock balance, timely prepare material orders then send them to customers to get materials. Make sure that materials are sufficient for the continuous operation without any stop.
- Follow materials incoming process to notify all relevant parties.
- Closely work with customer to make sure materials are delivered on time.
* Shipping
- Arrange manpower to load/unload materials/finished goods when delivery.
- Control shipping in/out.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 3 years of experiences as Warehouse Supervisor. Working in SMT Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BOM & ERP systems; SMT & SMD materials.
- Communication English.
