Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Supervise daily inbound/ outbound operation/ condition of good with procedures of Company and Customer ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Supervise Handing all import & export shipment of outsourced warehouse as per company’s standard operating procedure and follow up until shipment completed.
3. Follow up transit time, track & trace for timely update cargo status to related parties.
4. Supervise, evaluate, and instruct warehouse staff to handle abnormal goods within their discretion.
5. Arrange the inbound/ outbound/ inspection schedule follow required productivity.
6. Align the plan with the members ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
7. Training, supervise, and checking process operators to work according to SOPs.
8. Report warehouse information activity to warehouse manager and customer.
9. Work with customer to resolve any irregularities in the warehouse.
10. Maintain good customer service relationship with customers, local shippers, factories, operations team, forwarders.
11. To make daily report/ weekly report/ monthly report/ debit note as job requirement.
12. Other jobs as agreed, entrusted by the superior depending on the actual situation
Responsibility:
- Responsible for overall WH operations execution
- Work with the Process Leader on the differences between the warehouse workload and actual throughput, as well as operational improvements
- Provides input to the Warehouse Manager for resource plan changes and improvements.

***Job Requirements
- University graduation or higher level.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in execution management of warehouse operations.
- Business level English is preferred in addition to local language.
- Must have skills in logical thinking, Microsoft office and other documentation skills. Must be able to adapt to our internal systems and respond to updates.
- Ability to execute warehouse operations and design processes. Ability to perform transportation operations, including domestic and international. Understanding of basic quality control concepts.
- Good communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Careful, honest and high sense of responsibility, active working hours.
