POSITION SUMMARY

This job position provides administrative support to the General and Admin Section and remaining department staff members by performing a variety of routine and specialized functions to make procurement all items from each department.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for warehouse management, ensures specification and timely initiating the procurement of routine spares and current materials, assisting on the procurement of capital specific spares and materials. Ensures updated manuals, procedures, historical information, stock management system and inspection records with relevant parts information. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Establishes the strategies and plans for efficient warehouse operation.

• Manages spare parts, consumables & materials for overhaul and routine maintenance, and all items from each department.

• Receives and withdraws all spare parts in the warehouse.

• Checks inventory following VAPCO procedures.

• Participate the developing and customizing of CMMS (EAMS).

• Updates spare parts related information to the CMMS (EAMS).

• Monitors stock quantity and reports to related department if shortage happens.

• Maintains clean condition of warehouse.

• Creates and revises procedures related warehouse management.

• Maintains folk lift as good condition.

• Any works related warehouse.

• Supports other department if necessary.

• Performs other comparable and related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 10 years of warehouse related experience.

• Ability to Work without Detailed Supervision.

• Available to work overtime.

• Prefer the person who has experience in developing and customizing CMMS (EAMS).

• Possess business level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate. Able to communicate/discuss any topic in the business environment.
