- Supervise and control timekeeping, scheduling, overtime, setting goals and discipline
- Responsible for safety & environment compliance for associates/contractors in the working area
- Responsible for the overall operation of the process water/wastewater treatment and module recycling systems
- Ensure collect & manage all hazardous materials & waste streams
- Responsible for preventive maintenance
- Maintain routine data documents & training for associates
- Lead projects as required
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3 -5 years of operational experience in managing frontline operators in water-wastewater treatment plants/ chemical process plants/ high-tech manufacturing plants.
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, verbal and written, is required.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution & teambuilding skills
- Solid understanding of chemical compatibilities & familiarity with wet chemical analyses
- Proven industrial process problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven process operation control and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical
