Learn and gain experience
Picking up hard skill: You will learn basic knowledge about continuous improvement system and mastering your skill will application of basic tool like: 5S, SEA.
Soft skills are as important as hard skills. Soft skills are all about your ability to relate to people and building mutually beneficial relationships. Examples are emotional intelligence, motivation, people-skills, listening, and excellent communication.
Make a career call: Finally, usually at the tail-end of your internship, you should make a career-defining decision.
Contribute to the team
Material translation: English to Vietnamese.
Campaign handling: You may be asked to handle some task of administration for designing and administrating during campaign.
Performing clerical duties: Creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting reports.
Other Activities 
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
