Wecamp Training Program (Open for Female Talents)

Calling all Female students and career switchers to join a 10-week training program, starting on 15 December 2025, to kickstart your careers in tech.

We will provide you with:

- Fundamental skills of Software Engineer (Java/ Javascript) through practical and hands-on training

- Career opportunity for high-performing participants to join StarCamp, a 3-month accelerated pathway to a career with NAB Vietnam, including a monthly allowance

- Comprehensive training in coding, soft skills, and English to prepare you for an entry-level tech role

- Certificate of Completion

This is a free program as part of NAB's commitment to helping reduce the gender gap in the IT Industry. You don't have to pay for anything but will have to commit to joining the entire program and spend time learning and improving your skills.
