Job description
- Perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented welding machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, demo, ...etc).
- Windows person to contact with customers and distributors to follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’s requirements.
- Report directly to Panasonic manager and higher level.
Note: New members will be attended training to improve knowledge / skills before handle activities.
Job requirements
- Basic knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
- Able to work overtime, holiday in case of urgent service support.
- Logical mind characteristic.
- Good communication / reporting skills.
- Foreign language: English is must.
- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
