Wholesale Manager - Requires Experience In Securities Company

* To be responsible for sales of financial products to institutional clients. To manage Institutional Client Service team and team members. - Engage with corporate entities (CFOs, Treasury managers) to explore 1) needs for capital mobilization (deal origination) and 2) needs for managing surplus cash (introduction of financial products) - Produce sales materials/pitch (e.g. teasers for financial products) - Collaborate with IB teams for preparation of offers (including term sheets) - Execute and manage contracts (e.g. sales and purchase agreement & other documents) - Provide post-management services to corporate clients (e.g. calculating pricing for financial products for buy-back) - Allocate responsibilities to team members - Periodically report to Head of Division and Head of Department.

1. Degree: University graduate or higher major in Business Administration, Finance, Securities, Banking. 2. Certificate: Have knowledge about accounting, financial market and financial products, law and regulation related to IB. 3. Others: 05-10 years of experience of investment banking in securities companies of financial institutions.
