Responsible for assisting Wholesales Manager and work closely with Category Managers in managing and preparing the stocks for wholesales purpose to achieve sales target
• Managing stocks from international brands in different categories:
- Cosmetics and Fragrances
- Liquor and Tobacco
- Jewelry and Watch
- Accessories and Gift
- Fashion and Eyewear
- Food
• Working cross-functionally with local Merchandising, Logistics and Finance Department to deliver departmental goals and objectives
• Working closely with the company internal system to manage and extract the relevant data for stocks controlling and analyzing purpose
• Supporting managers in dealing with buyers
• Coordinating shipments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2- 3 years experiences related to sales/whole sales/ merchandising/purchasing or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
• Computer, office equipment, MS Office programs, SKU database system
• Good at Excel
• Competent at Chinese
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to deliver insight based on data
• Knowledge of SKU data base system
• 2- 3 years experiences related to sales/whole sales/ merchandising/purchasing or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
