Wireless Engineer (High-Volume Hiring) - Upto 80M

• Work follow project manager and team leader arrangement

• Involve in RAN site survey, design for hardware installation such as BBU, RRU, antenna installation

• Output site auxiliary material solution such as power cable, optical cable, grounding cable, grounding bar, mechanical antenna bracket

• Involve hardware installation quality management, instruction to subcontractor

• Involve EHS (Environment Health and Safety) management with subcontractor

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study

• Good knowledge at mobile network site structure, such as indoor site, outdoor site, CRAN site

• Good background of site tower structure such as GMT, self-supported, rooftop towers

• Able to use computer assisted drawing software such as AutoCAD, draw site layout, telecom equipment installation layout

• At least 2 years of experience working for major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors

• Candidates who possesses a Tower Climber working safety certificate have a great advantage

• Have good background of low voltage electricity knowledge and experience and electricity safety

• Must have: Able to communicate effectively in English

• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to Travel as needed
