Workflex Leasing Senior Staff

Leasing Management:

- Oversee all leasing activities for Workflex locations at Lotte Center Hanoi, Lotte Mall, and Pacific Place.

- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with prospective and existing tenants.

Operational Management:

- Ensure the smooth operation of all three sites, maintaining high standards of service and facility management.

- Coordinate with site management teams to address operational issues and implement improvements.

- Monitor and manage site performance metrics and operational budgets.

Financial Management:

- Prepare financial pipelines and business reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all three locations.

Tenant Relations and Marketing:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Workflex brand and attract new tenants.

- Organize events and initiatives to enhance tenant engagement and community building.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team leaders and the Board of Directors to align leasing and operational strategies with company goals.

- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team leader and BODs.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing and property management, preferably in a commercial real estate setting.

- Proven track record of successful leasing and tenant management.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and reporting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Work location: Lotte Center Hanoi, 54 Lieu Giai, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

- Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
