We are looking for a Solution Architect in charge of:
- Set the technical direction for a feature, an epic, or a story.
- Deliver an end-to-end technical output for initiatives by coordinating delivery across one or more domains. They note effects on services. They are aware of how new and current target states will be used to carry out an activity. They strive to organize and plan initiatives to address service backlogs
- Provide the architecture team with technical guidance and leadership throughout the technology lifecycle, developing and maintaining the Target State Architecture for each capability within the domain, and mapping all components to the asset management system
- Align the roadmap for the application with the technology strategy and architectural principles/patterns
- Carry out scaled models, various types of walkthroughs, and design evaluations for architecture
- Lead the service feature backlog grooming, raising features, epics, and stories as appropriate for delivery, and contributing architecture to the backlog's item priority. Make sure that, when necessary, capabilities external to the service are also indicated as dependencies
- Produce impact analyses of functional and non-functional requirements and restrictions on the business roadmap in the present business and technological environment, including the regulatory impacts and risks
- Choose the document architecture to meet the domain's regulatory and compliance requirements
- Validate design artifacts for accuracy and completeness, making sure they can be tested to support successful change management of assessments within the domain
- Support service production release

- Fluent in English
- At least 10 years’ experience in Technology generally
- Hands-on 02 years’ experience in Architecture of Design
- Experience with establishing or implementing agile methods in large enterprises with regulatory and legacy limitations
- Strong business acumen and engagement abilities to create company strategy, triage business outcomes, prioritize them, and develop business unit/domain roadmaps
- The capacity to oversee and maintain a portfolio of business outcomes regarding the business domain
- Experience in working in a scale agile structure to help coordinate work to a persistent team Working knowledge of scale agile structures to assist in coordinating work for a dedicated team of solution architects
- Demonstrated expertise in powerful corporate engagement and persuading skills, along with the capacity to negotiate challenging subjects using fact-based analysis
- Recognize the trade-offs related to technology transformation while delivering business advantages
- Degree in computer science or information systems or an equivalent technical competence is required
- Commercial acumen, business alignment, and negotiation skills are also required
- Certifications/cloud in architecture or technology will be advantageous
- Business acumen in the banking/financial, services industry will be advantageous
