1、组装工序生产相关各项工作，根据生产任务单，合理分配至各车间并适时调整，确保本工序各项工作目标的顺利完成；All production related tasks in the assembly process are reasonably allocated to each workshop according to the production task list and adjusted in a timely manner to ensure the smooth completion of various work objectives in this process 2、生产交付：保证交付达成，对产能不足的情况及时沟通调整；及时解决生产过程中的异常情况。质量管理：按照工艺要求及质量标准组织生产，监督检查落实情况；负责组织开展质量改善及相关技术改进；Production delivery: Ensure delivery is achieved and communicate and adjust in a timely manner in case of insufficient production capacity; Timely resolve any abnormal situations during the production process.Quality management: Organize production according to process requirements and quality standards, supervise and inspect implementation; Responsible for organizing quality improvement and related technical improvements. 3、成本控制：及时汇总各车间成本控制信息并制定相应成本控制策略；负责对产品工价进行审批任职要求：Cost control: Timely summarize cost control information from each workshop and develop corresponding cost control strategies; Responsible for approving product labor rates

1、本科学历，中文可以作为工作语言，英文可以简单交流。年龄35岁左右最佳，最大不可超过39。 Undergraduate education is preferred, and those with rich experience in the same industry can be extended to associate degree. Chinese can be used as the working language and English can simple communication.
