Job description
You will be responsible for handling and managing all HR topics related to the staff in the store (supported by HRD and HR Department).
Work as a partner with Store Manager and above.
Job description:
- Support Store Manager to control daily store manpower, scheduling, Standard Operating Procedure, staff image
- Control training plan, join evaluation
- Training Operation Standard and Follow up with better result such as stockroom, training staff about floor customer service, fitting room
- Attendance, leave control, disciplinary cases, resignations, staff activities
- Meeting with store manager and section managers about manpower and staff issues.
- Uniform controlling
- Support in interview for staff level, part-timers
- Support in HR project implementation
- Support customer complain
- Support new staffs orientation
Job requirements
- 2 years of experience in HR general.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
- Very energetic and flexible work schedule (work in shifts), strong customer service oriented.
