[Zepeto] Product Inspection Manage

SNOW Vietnam Corp – a member of Naver Corporation – is seeking a manager for product inspection activities for our Metaverse Platform – ZEPETO. About ZEPETO, the Metaverse Platform: - ZEPETO is a global metaverse platform that has surpassed 300 million cumulative registered users worldwide and is in service in 200 countries including Korea, the United States, China, and Japan. - ZEPETO is creating a new world beyond the limits of time and space through facial recognition, Augmented Reality (AR), and 3D technology. We believe in the potential of each individual. - Since its launch in 2018, it has doubled yearly, attracting investment from Softbank, Hybe, YG, and JYP Entertainment. - We are expanding our business worldwide through active R&D and alliances with various global companies/brands. Responsibilities: - Inspect items submitted by creators following platform guidelines - Create a system and manage the team - Participate in platform development, product analysis, and inspection phases - Read and understand documents and coordinate with teams to understand coworking requirements - Write and manage documents such as workflows, guidelines, SOPs, scenarios, cases, checklists, etc... - Implement the product testing and do reports - Support to reproduce arising bugs and re-check as required

Required Qualifications: - Graduated from college, university majoring in IT preferred - Experienced from 2+ years in the Game Entertainment industry - Experienced in Functional testing & UI, UX for Web application, Mobile application (iOS and Android), API testing, using SQL query to support testing - Being able to write good Test cases and Bug reports - Familiar with the Agile process and testing process - Understand the necessary steps of the test process, test principles, test types, test levels, test methodologies - Know how to use testing tools related to workflow and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ClickUp, etc.) - Dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing Perks and benefits: - Salary range: 12 million - 20 million - Working Laptop. - Full employee benefits system according to the law & company regulation. - Internal, External & Online Training. - 500,000 VND/month of Edu Coin for education. - Business Trips. - Personal Medical Insurance (besides General health insurance). - Coffee, free beer after 5 p.m., and various snacks. - Parking. - Experience new methods of service deployment and operation. - Great teamwork, strong work ethic, and ownership. - Young, dynamic, professional environment. - Working in a dynamic international environment.
