Aftersales Technical Service Supervisor

• In charge of warranty activities inside Asia-Pacific Market

• Handling weekly, monthly meeting with Market to collect information, update pending issues and align action together

• Visit the Dealers/ Importers to resolve technical problems or check and analyze the problem in depth

• Work with Customer Service team to handle the hotline cases from Market: analyze data, define and arrange necessary actions in order to:

o Provide best service, solution to Customer

o Full understanding what happen in the Market (in terms of technical)

o Well communicate with Quality or R&D about the technical issues on the Market: searching for root cause, defining solutions, defining necessary actions toward Market (if specific action to used bikes, such technical update, campaign, or any promotion action)

o From the result of working internally inside factory, to summarize, feedback, guide/ instruct to Market the standard procedure to manage technical cases.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field: mechanical, electrical and electronics, etc.

• More than 5 years of experience in aftersales technical, warranty, QA/ QC

• Strong mindset of service, customer orientation

• Technical background, especially quality analysis

• Data analysis, and reporting skills

• Communication and leadership skills

• Problem-solving & critical situation-handling skills (able to work independence and decision)

• Willing go to Market, work directly with technician guy at Dealer
