Detailed Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
ANNUAL PLANNING
- Assist in building Annual Marketing Plan for brand in Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia define brand objective, Job to be done, Activities & Budget full year.
- Develop brand campaign plan.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Assist to manage ATL (TVC, Digital, PR, LCD/Frame, Ecom…) & BTL (OOH/ Events/ Sponsorship/ MT Décor/...) activities/ the consumer activation or promotions to build connection with consumers on ground & off ground.
- Propose the development of label/carton/packaging design/new innovation…
- Follow up and analyze the Brand development (sales, market execution) and propose suitable programs.
- Follow up and ensure Branding expense used effectively and efficiently.
CREATIVE & MARKETING RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
- Contribute for internal creativity activities as building TVC story, KV idea, POSM for Vietnam/ Laos/ Cambodia market.
- Assist to work with Production House for TVC production or agency/internal design KV development.
- Work with Media team to carry out Media Plan, TVC, Digital, PR, LCD/Frame…
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CROSS FUNCTION WORK
- Assist to coordinate and lead internal and external relevant departments to ensure projects done properly and at high quality.
- Co-ordinate with other departments (R&D, Production, Logistic, Accounting…) to implement projects smoothly.
- Co-operated with Trade Marketing/Modern Trade to develop Display/Promotion program on the route to market to expand brand availability and visibility at stores.
MARKETING INTELLIGENT
- Assemble and analyze information on economy, competition strategy & activation, customers insights, and consumer needs & demands.
- Follow up, visit markets and analyze feedback from customers, consumers, then propose reactions.
- Support Brand’s operational work in SAP software, implement documentation work if any, and do some other reports when required.
- Other work assigned by direct Brand Manager, Head of Brand.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Female
- Vietnamese, age from 23-28
- Bachelor in Marketing/ Foreign Trade/ Communication/ Business administration
- 1 – 2 years experience as an Brand/ Marketing
- Fluent in English (both oral & written)
- Familiarity with latest marketing trend.
- Strong knowledge about Marketing, Advertising & Communication, Product & Packaging, Research and Analysis
- Have experience in ASEAN/ Indochina markets is a plus.
- Excellent in communication and teamworking/ Organized/ Motivated/ Strategic/ Quality-driven/ Flexible/ Persuasive
- Creative/ Self-confident/ Discipline/ Trustworthy/ Careful/ Hard working
