General Accountant

Accounting work - Obtain and review information data from the import-export department monthly - Reconcile and process figures for all imported materials and exported goods - Import on Bravo system - Participate in preparing report to custom authority - Coordinate with general accountants to present financial reports to the BOD and auditor... - Coordinate with Bravo team on training warehouse keepers of Bravo - Check and re-instruct warehouse keepers to use Bravo system and print related GRN, GDN General work of the GA team - Follow the direction of the team leader, Chief Accountant as well as the Head of Group FA Dept - Coordinate with accounting members to ensure progress of accounting work - Participate in supporting the preparation of internal report and financial reports at the request of BOD and state authority Other Duties - Implement periodic and ad-hoc reports. Provide data to authority - Arrange and store accounting documents - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors - Comply with the Company's rules and regulations

- Graduate from university with major in Accounting or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in garment or related fields - Experience in working at large business with over 500 employees - General knowledge of economic analysis, investment, financial management and accounting activities in businesses - Use office software (especially ERP and Bravo) to create reports, edit documents, spreadsheets, and analyze relatively complex data - Fluent English communication - Time management skills - Relationship building skill - Negotiation skill - Honest, enthusiastic - Hard-working and detailed
