[Leasing - HANOI] Sales Executive
Job description
1. Lease Contract Management
To make and monitor the budget of tenant sales and rental fee.
To negotiate and renew the contracts with the current tenants.
To manage the contracts.
2. Planning and implementation for getting SC other income
To make and monitor the budget of SC other income
To plan and implement the short term event
To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
To manage the contracts.
3. Planning and implementation of sales promotions
To make and monitor the budget of sales promotions.
To plan and implement sales promotions.
To communicate with the store managers of each tenants
4. Others
To perform other tasks as assigned by General Manager or Manager
Job requirements
Bachelor Degree
At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command in English
Good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.
Experience in retail filed is in advance
Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries) (essential)
