Production Trainee - W Future Leader 2024

1. Program format : • Round 1 (01 Apr – 26 Apr) : Application • Round 2 & 3 (13 May – 16 May) : Testing & Initial Interview (selected top 10-15 by HOD) • Round 4 (29 May – 31 May) : Presentation (assessed by Technical Head/ HR Head and selected top 5) • Round 5 (10 Jun) : Onboard 2. Training roadmap : • Exposure : Two months of probation. • Practical training experience: Two years of on-site training. If necessary, make a short excursion to another site to learn. • Finish line in first place: After two years of training, trainees will be allocated to a suitable position of leader role in Production.

• Experience: + 1-3 years FMCG experience. Based on sort list CVs, we will priority select candidates with working experience in Oils & Fats, Rice biz. • Location: Hồ Chí Minh ( KCN Hiệp Phước), Quảng Ninh, An Giang (Long Xuyên) • Background: Bachelor Degree, Technical background. + South: HCMC University of Technology (ĐH Bách Khoa), HCMC University of Technology (ĐH Công Nghiệp), HCMC University of Technology (CN Thực phẩm), Ton Đuc Thang University, HCMC University of Technology (Sư phạm kỹ thuật), VNUHCM - University Of Science (ĐH Khoa Học Tự nhiên). + North: Hanoi University of Technology (ĐH Công Nghiệp), Thai Nguyên University, HCMC Hanoi University of Technology (ĐH Bách Khoa). • Other criteria: - Good English or Chinese. Computer skill is required. - Leadership potential, learning spirit and business mindset. - Available for overtime work when the job requires. Hands-on in daily work. - Team work and join team activities in practice and learning to make decisions.
