QC Engineer - Supplier Audit

• Assess potential new supplier for Piaggio components

• Evaluate and monitor suppliers activity through system and process inspections

• Resolve critical issues encountered during supplier sample approvals or complaints from the assembly line. Understand and evaluate the effectiveness of innovative technical solutions

• Manage supplier's product quality improvement plans: share and approve improvement plans and monitor implementation in case faults/ problems

• Variance analysis management: define differences between actual and planned behaviors

• Assesses management systems, the proper application of the working methods and the achievement of quality standards.

Location: Vinh Phuc (Bus and allowance for employees from Hanoi)

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, etc.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in supplier assessment/ audit. Working in automotive/ motorbike quality field is preferred

• Capacity to manage the activities of products and processes auditing

• Capacity for interpretation of results of FMEA analysis of project

• Knowledge of main controls management in mass production process

• Ability to travel for business (domestic or foreign travel)

• Basic knowledge of:

o Analysis and functional breakdown

o Application criteria of functional analysis

o Modality of other preventive techniques FTA (Fault-Tree Analysis)

o Commodity knowledge: machining, injection plastic, metal stamping, aluminum casting, optical lighting components
