REVIT MEP - HVAC Modeler

• Deliver and check high-quality BIM models, data, and documentation to ensure quality of service. Development of sound drawing presentation and understanding are essential as is the level of understanding of the design & building process • Cung cấp và kiểm tra các mô hình, dữ liệu và tài liệu BIM chất lượng cao để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ. Phát triển & hiểu rõ bản vẽ để hiểu biết về quy trình thiết kế và xây dựng. • Deploying and developing REVIT drawings and BIM models for the company • Delivering Clash-Detection reporting plus solving • Managing and integrating the data for interoperability across software applications • Revit Modelling production, drawing and detailing for the MEP. • Ensure drawings are compliant with building code and guidelines to design, draft drawings, technical instructions and documents related to HVAC systems • Maintain and expand industry awareness. • Support colleagues to complete tasks when required • Implement other tasks when higher level assign

• Graduated from university, major in HVAC Construction and related fields • Have 2 to 4 years related experience required • Open for member level to leader level • Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks • Must have experience interpreting HVAC system modeling and coordinating various projects. • Hard-working, be ready to learn new things • Having the ability to work under high pressure • Having writing and reading skill in English
