Job description
ppBe responsible for supporting Non-life Insurance business activities for clients. Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các hoạt động kinh doanh Bảo hiểm Phi nhân thọ cho khách hàng 1. Follow-up on monthly insurance endorsement declarations and marine individuals. Theo dõi tờ khai xác nhận bảo hiểm hàng tháng và cá nhân hàng hải. 2. Calculate premium for policies and endorsements. Tính phí bảo hiểm cho các hợp đồng và sửa đổi, bổ sung hợp đồng. 3. Check, generate quotations and send to customers. Kiểm tra, soạn các báo giá và gửi cho khách hàng. 4. Promote & follow up clients’ information declaration, confirmation and premium payments. Thúc đẩy & theo dõi việc kê khai, xác nhận thông tin & thanh toán phí của khách hàng./p/p
Job requirements
ppUniversity graduation. At least 1 year of experience in Customer service/ Sale admin is an advantage. Good at English. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Skills: communication, teamwork, time & task management, logical thinking.
