VietnamWorks introduces new website interface for employers

We are happy to announce the upcoming launch of our new website interface for employers. This interface provides a rich user experience and increase the speed when it comes to browsing thanks to smartest shortcut from here to there. With a simple tap, you can get your job posted and manage all applications.

Below are changes in the new look of the employer site.

1. New Recruitment Center Dashboard

The new recruitment dashboard has been simplified and contains 4 sections as below to ease the navigation. It enable you easily manage your jobs, candidates, orders and publish new job posts or search for candidates.

• Menu navigation to other functions (1)
• Header with buttons to Post a Job, Search Resume, Buy services online (2)
• Current metrics of your recruitment activities (3)
• Online Jobs section (4)

2. My Jobs

List, filter, edit, delete and duplicate your job posts. From each job you can easily manage the job applications received.

3. My Candidates

Browse through candidates who applied to your jobs or have been sourced through resume search service. Organize and archive your candidates in folders.

4. Create a job – Publish a new job

Create and publish a job at VietnamWorks within 4 simple steps. Posting a job has been never that easy and effective.

Search and source the right candidate from the largest Vietnam professionals resume database

A few important things to know:

• You do not need a create a new account. Just use the same credentials to sign in on the new web interface.
• The old site will be retired as soon as we complete all functions, get started to try out Beta version by clicking on Upgrade button at the top right corner.

• All your data will be saved when changing to new site.

We will official launch the new look very soon and keep you updated every change. These are the first steps in a series of exciting enhancements that we are planning for our employer web interfaces.
